Made with crushed Syrah wine grapes locally sourced from the Edna Valley, Que Sera Syrah is co-fermented with jasmine green tea for 10 days. The result is a delicately balanced green tea forward kombucha that finishes with the deep flavor of Syrah grapes. The aroma includes red wine, blackberry, peach, jasmine, and green tea while the flavor contains a light kombucha body paired with herbaceous and slightly fruity notes of Syrah grapes.
